Builder: When I called Tri-Co Piping to report a sump pump not working that was 3 days out of warranty, all they asked was whether I could meet them at the site the next day when they already had a technician going to that area. They came out and changed the pump. Compared to some people that would pinch you to the day on a 1 year warranty, I thought this was exceptional service.

Builder: Although I only deal with the warranty side of the home building process, the service I receive from Tri-Co Piping is top notch. I can always count on them being at the appointment on time and if they can not be at it on the committed time, I am always told well before the day. They are knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. They do a job in a professional manner and always correct in their assessments of what needs done. They always stand by the products and work. It is always comforting to have a trade partner that is dependable, trustworthy as is Tri-Co Piping.

Builder: I thought it appropriate to take a few moments to say that the Customer Service you are providing and always have in my experience here is exceptional. Your emergency response times to my customers needs are outstanding. I can not thank you enough for the way that you take care of “our” customers. The typical response that I get from our customers when I call to follow-up on an emergency service where we send you out solo are, "Oh! The plumbers have already been here and gone!" Outstanding!
